    What is Ayurveda?
    Ayurveda is the Indian traditional system of science. It revolves around the concept of holistic approach. It not only deals with the management of the disorders, but it stresses more on the preventive aspect of the disorders.


    What are doshas?
    Doshas are the basic elements on which the system of Ayurveda stands. The literal meaning of this term means, something that pollutes the body, however they are required to create equilibrium in the body. They are three in number: viz. Vata, Pitta and Kapha.


    What are the types of management according to Ayurveda?
    Broadly speaking, there are two types of management of disorders; one is palliative with the help of orals products and the other one is the cleansing method. The second type include 5 main procedures, which are known as Panch karma; viz Panch means five and karma means “procedure”


    What are the various dosage forms of Ayurvedic products?
    Ayurvedic products can be in the form of tablets, capsules, liquids, powders, creams, gels, etc.


    Does it take time for Ayurvedic products to have the desired effect on the body?
    Since Ayurveda, unlike the conventional system of medicine, targets on the root cause of the disease, it takes little more time than the conventional products. But in long run, they do not exert any side effects.
